OCEDC is guided by a volunteer Board of Directors representing a cross-section of Ogle County's public and private sectors. Board members bring expertise in a wide array of backgrounds — ensuring that economic development strategies reflect the diverse needs and opportunities across the county.
The Board sets strategic priorities, approves economic incentive recommendations, and provides oversight of OCEDC programs and initiatives. Working closely with the Executive Director, board members serve as ambassadors for Ogle County, helping to attract investment and promote the region's competitive advantages.
